TMZ has posted pictures this morning claiming that they captured Tupac partying it up in New Orleans.  SHOCK!  Is Tupac alive?  I know there have been people claiming for years that Tupac did not die when he was shot 13 years ago.  Could this be him?  Or just someone who looks very similar? I think its just too juicy to be true.
