We didn’t cover much about the late night debacle that happened over the last few weeks because really, everyone else had it covered from every possible angle. Long story short: Jay Leno’s prime time show was sucking so they wanted to move the whole late night line-up back to accommodate him and Conan O’Brien said “no way!”. So NBC kicked Conan to the curb and gave Leno his show back. Which sucks the big one for the rest of us.

The tension did make for some comedic moments, my favourite of which was Jimmy Kimmel on Leno’s 10 at 10 when he called him out for being a douche (check it out here). So Leno went on Oprah yesterday to try and save some face, but it didn’t work. Most people who watched it said that Leno didn’t come across very well and that he didn’t take any blame at all for the situation and said that Kimmel “sucker punched” him on his own show.

Well Jimmy had a few things to say about it last night and they’re pretty good. And as much as I love Conan, if I can’t be on Team Coco I’m going to be on Team Kimmel. Go Jimmy!
