While Jonathan Rhys Meyers admits that his looks get him roles, I think Kellan Lutz might be trying to impress us with his intellectual side to shed the “I’m hot but probably also stupid” image that we equate with Twilight. First we get picture of him reading, and now he’s talking about how he links to invent things:

“He once thought up something he called Car Seat Cardio to get a work out while sitting in LA traffic and even sent a prototype to one of those invention companies. They wrote him back saying “this is too dangerous this will kill people.”" (from Socialite Life)

OK, being smart and inventing things that are going to kill people while driving aren’t exactly the same but we should give the boy points for trying.

Stacey: While I appreciate he is trying, in doing so he is kind of proving that he may possible be a little dim.  Cardio while driving?  That is a terrible idea. 

But its ok.  When you are as pretty as Kellan you don’t need to be smart; the looks will take care of you.  Embrace it, don’t fight it.  He’s one of the lucky ones.
