Here is the latest round of Lindsay Lohan deflecting any responsibility for her actions:

On her passport getting “stolen”: “My Father Had Someone Steal My Passport”

On why she was seen leaving a yacht party at 7:00 am this morning. From TMZ: A friend said” She got stranded on the boat because a friend took off in their car.  He says Lindsay wanted to leave hours before and only went out because it was his birthday”

Why she couldn’t get on a plane back to the States before her passport was stolen: volcanic ash.

Seriously, this bitch is getting under my skin.  They need to throw her ass in jail because it is what she needs.  Clearly, she thinks she can get away with what she is doing because she is….famous?  Young?  Not that’s not it.  Stupid?  Selfish?  Self centred?  Spoiled?  Ding ding ding!  And the only cure for her brand of stupidity is some time in the clink.  At least I think that would change her.  Maybe not.  Maybe the whole time she is in there she’ll continue to blame everyone else.

Because it is everyone else’s fault that she can’t make responsible decisions right? Its everyone else’s fault that she looses importnat documents right?  Because partying in Cannes is, like, way more important than a court date right?

Tanya: I guess the judge’s husband runs a travel company so she knows that if you need a replacement passport you can get one no problemo and that Lindsay is just trying to blow smoke up her ass. My favorite comment on the “volcanic ash” excuse comes from The Superficial:

At this point, the only way this could get any better is if it turns out the judge’s brother is Eyjafjallajökull the Icelandic volcano. “Bitch, please. Stopping flights is sooo last month. Why do you only call me when you want something?”
