I for one can say that I truly do love my country and am so thankful to be able to live here and to live as free as we do.

I am not happy with Socialite Life though – in their post on Will & Kate being in Canada they said this: Will and Kate rode in a carriage and waved to the genetically unfortunate crowd to celebrate National Canada Day.

Um, what? “Genetically unfortunate crowd”? Are they calling Canadians ugly? I don’t think the States wants to get in an ugly-off with us when they’re morbid obesity rate is like the highest in the world.

Stacey: Woohoo!  Canada!  Beer!  Maple syrup!  Hockey!  Beavers!  Tim Hortons!  Mounted Police!

Just kidding…there is way more to Canada than those cliche things.  Like….and then there is the….ummmm…..no wait, that’s all we have.  And that is why we are awesome.  Plus we all live in igloos and have pet polar bears.  Awesome.

Genetically unfortunate?  I don’t think so.  Canadians are actually well known for our all around good looks.
