In case you have been living under a rock, it has been confirmed this weekend at TIFF that George Clooney’s hot new piece is Stacy Keibler.  In case you need a reminder of who she is, please click here.  So hot.  Apparenly they have been dating for about 3 months…odd since he only fired broke up with his former hot piece, Elisabetta Canalis, on June 22 or this year.

But we all saw that break up coming didn’t we?  George will keep his girls around as long as they follow the rules; don’t talk about his personal life, don’t over-step your place, and don’t under any circumstances talk about marriage or kids.  Remember Sarah Larson?  She was his hot piece from about 4 years ago that got her ass dumped when she started blabbing about family stuff which is no-no number one in the “How to Remain George’s Hot Piece” hand book.

Hopefully Stacy will learn a lesson from her predecessors and do her job: accompany George around during awards season, service his business, only speak when spoken to, never want more for yourself, and be happy that you are with him at all.

Seems pretty easy, why do these bitches keep screwing it up?

I for one am happy they are dating because that means we will get to see more of Stacy, which means more of this.

Next up we have Ryan Gosling & Eva Mendes who were seen getting “cosy” at Disneyland over the weekend. Actually, I dig this couple. They seem like they would be fun, but still down to earth enough to actually have a real relationship.

Stacey: Eva has a real thing for co-stars.  I remember she fell really hard for Joaquin Phoenix when they worked together too.

I think I like these two together…but I am not sure yet.  They certainly look hot together.

In our “who should Jake Gyllenhaal hook up with next?” brainstorming session we didn’t see this one coming: Jake Gyllenhaal and Anna Kendrick. Here they are spotted in Vegas getting all cuddly. And for further speculation look at their hands… they’re both wearing rings on their wedding fingers. Uh-oh! Vegas wedding?

Stacey: Ugh.  *sigh* I am sorry, but there is something about Jake that is…starting to really bug me.  I can’t put my finger on it though.  And for some reason I do NOT like these two together.  I love Anna Kendrick, I just don’t like this pairing.

I would like to start off this post by saying three things:

1) I totally love Slash and Perla and am glad that they apparently worked out their differences and decided not to divorce (side note: I had a major brain fart and type Pash and Slerla, which I kind of like)

2) I still think Slash is hot and I don’t care what any of you say

3) Perla’s legs look amazing

Slash and Perla deiced to renew their vows on their 10 year wedding anniversary.  And nothing says classy affair like a mini-skirt wedding dress, giving the middle finger, and a tiny top hat.  I would expect nothing less from these two.

The tiny top hat reminds me of the Ladies Who Lunch skit on SNL where Amy Poehler wears a tiny hat.  But I can’t find the video because SNL are a bunch of assholes and don’t allow their skits to be on the net.  So try and imagine it I guess.

Tanya: This is the same dress she wore for their wedding just with a slight alteration in the skirt. And sorry Stacey, but I think this is beyond trashy. It belongs on WhiteTrashWeddings.com.

TMZ has some pics of Ryan Reynolds & Sandra Bullock going for a hike together with Louis and some other friends. Since we can never let two people just be friends we need to start speculating… are they totally doing it?

Amber Tamblyn and David Cross. Two people I would not imagine as a couple. But they are. And they’re pretty serious too as they are now engaged to be married. Weird, hey?

So I just watched the first season of Arrested Development and while it was definitely interesting I have to say that it wasn’t as awesome as people always talk it up to be. Maybe they up the game in later seasons? I enjoyed it, but mostly because I had nothing else to watch while I’m nursing. Should I even bother with the second season?

Stacey: Just for the record, you are getting hard core side eye from me right now.  Firstly, that show is awesome.  SO awesome.  And if you don’t like the show, I hate to say it, but the issue is you, and not the show.  Secondly, this totally is the type of show I thought you would like.  Having a baby has changed you.

Wait…what was this post about originally?  Oh ya.  Tobias and Amber.  Ya.  Weird.

Tanya: I didn’t dislike it, I just didn’t find it as awesome as everyone says it is. But before I watched it it had been talked up a LOT. Like, “you HAVE to see this. It’s SOOOOO good!” and “OMG you haven’t watched Arrested Development? You would totally love it. It is AWESOME” and “Arrested Development is the best show to have ever been on television”.

And putting to bed the “maybe they got married because she is pregnant rumor” once and for all, here is Rachel Weisz looking amazing in a beautiful red dress, clearly displaying her flatter than flat stomach.  Nope.  No baby growing happening here.  Maybe her and Daniel Craig were married because they…*gasp!*…really do love each other?

Tanya: I heard that they dated forever ago and have been harbouring secret feelings for each other ever since. Then when Rachel split up from her husband they were free to love each other once again.

Woot woot! Alexander Skarsgard has split from Kate Bosworth and is looking to get frisky. According to US Weekly:

During a July 21 Film District bash at Comic-Con in San Diego, the actor, 34, flirted with a brunette — and left the party with her.
“He’s single,” confirms a source, “and he is loving the attention!”

Stacey – does ASkars being free from Bosworth make him any hotter to you?

Stacey: Ummm…I am going to have to say no to that one.  But it doesn’t hurt.

After declaring that they were the only people who truly understood one another, Jesse James and Kat Von D have decided to call of their engagement.

I guess they aren’t as well matched as they had thought.  Weird.  Because Jesse is, like, so good at picking spouses.  This would have been his 4th marriage.

Tanya: I’m glad that I never have to hear about these two again. Yay for me!

J-Lo and Marc Anthony have decided to call it quits.

Well, maybe I kind of get it.  J-Lo always upgrades when she is riding a popularity wave.

What?  You don’t think so?  Think about it for a bit.  Puff Daddy was having legal issues so she married Chris Judd.  Then she upgraded to Ben Affleck when Chris Judd got boring.  Then she married Marc Anthony.  Since she is all famous again because of American Idol she is looking for someone new.

This will be her third divorce.

Tanya: Wow. I did not see that coming. Wonder if there’s a good gossipy story to go with it?
