I can’t imagine that this movie is targeting anyone aside from people who have been pregnant, so why alienate them with this? It just makes them mad. I got off pretty easy in my pregnancy and I am still put off by this. Those thighs, arms and ass are hard to come by for any woman, let alone a pregnant one.

Stacey: I have only ever seen one woman in real life who looked like this when she was pregnant.  It was when I worked at World Health and she was at the gym every single day.  But that is only one in the thousands of pregnant ladies I have seen.  So this is really unrealistic.  Although she is really cute pregnant.

Obviously Bane and Batman are going to fight in the movie but I don’t want to know where, what the costumes look like, or who else is involved. I want to go into the movie with no preconceived notions about what is going to happen and let myself be entertained without going “I’ve seen them shoot this and know what is going to happen next” and I feel like I don’t get that opportunity anymore.

Movie directors – please keep your sets closed. Thx.

Stacey: I am totally with you, Tan.

I am actually really surprised they are allowing any photos to leak for this movie as all of Christopher Nolan’s movies are generally shrouded in secrecy.  I heard a rumor that for Inception, actors had to sign on without having read the scripts.  And the last Batman movie was so well protected that when the first trailer came out it didn’t even have a shot of the new Joker so that it could be a surprise when the movie came out.

And honestly, I am judging this movie already.  The costumes actually look kinda lame.  Lets hope the whole movie isn’t lame.  Because that would suck.

The only part of this that I’m looking forward to is that a) Charlize Theron is super hot, and b) it doesn’t have Julia Roberts in it.

Stacey: While Charlize is totally hot I think this poster looks silly.  And I think that this movie seems silly.  But what do I know?  Maybe it is totally going to rock.  And like you said, Tan…no Julia Roberts.  Which totally = awesome.

Ummmm.  Ya.  So how often does this happen?  Two of our favorite hotties, Kellan Lutz and Henry Cavill in the same picture together?  Pretty much, like, never.  At least I don’t think it has happened before.

They were at Comic Con to promote a new movie that they are both staring in called Immortals.  Kellan and Henry in one movie together?  Count me in!  I don’t even know what it is about but I will go see it for sure!  Ya, thats right.  I am that shallow

Katy Perry is voicing Smurfette in the upcoming Smurf movie.  Check out her bitchin’ Smurfette dress! So amazing!

OMG.  The final Harry Potter trailer.  Amazing.  Its almost here!

Tanya:!! I can’t wait!! Although, it does feel like they gave away the entire movie with that trailer.

The only reason I am posting this is so that I can tell this funny story about my mom.  I was over at my parent’s house this weekend visiting with them and my brother.  My mom was in the kitchen and the the rest of us were sitting in the living room talking.  For some reason That 70′s Show came up.  The rest of the conversation goes as follows.  Please keep in mind that my mom is yelling as she is in the next room:

Mom: “Did you see that Mila Kunis is in a movie with Justin Timerlake”.

Me: “Yes, Mom, I did see that”.

My brother: “Ya, its called Friends with Benefits.”

Mom: ” Do you know what its about?”

Brother and I: “Yes, we know.”

Mom:  “Its that movie about friends that have casual sex with each other”.

Brother and I: “Yes, Mom!  We know!”.

Mom: “What? I said its the one about the friends having casual sex with each other!”.

Me: “We heard you!  Stop saying casual sex!”

My brother and I are now traumatized.

PS.  Didn’t this movie just get made?  With Ashton Kutcher and Natalie Portman?

Tanya: Yes, this movie did just get made though I think I’d prefer a JT/Kunis hookup over a Kutcher/Portman hookup. But in all honesty I probably won’t watch either of them.

Stacey: My initial thought is that Lenny can totally pull of the alt-weirdo fashion sense of the Capitol.  But the casting for this movie is so all over the map.  I kind of feel like they are just trying to get the biggest names and cram them all into the movie.

I am actually a little surprised we are seeing anything at all concidering how tight they were with images of Joker from the last movie.  You’d think there would be a little more hype around it.

Our first look at Jennifer Lawrence as Katniss Everdeen from The Hunger Games…thoughts?

Me.  She is too old looking.  Katniss is supposed to be, what…16?   But she looks hard yet vulnerable like in the book.  Maybe is won’t be so bad after all.

I wonder who will be playing President Snow and Cinna?

Tanya: I guess this works for me. You know what though? They’ve been doing so much promotion with every single casting and now with her dye job that I’m kind of over Hunger Games. Maybe I’ll be up for it again when the movie comes out but for now I’m Hunger Game’d out.
