What better way to start off a Friday than with a little Colin Farrell?  Well, for me anyways, there isn’t much better.  Unless he was bringing me a soy chai tea latte with whip…that might make it a little better

Tanya: If you worked closer to me I’d bring you a chai today But there’s no way I’m making the trip downtown.

Colin Farrell is growing on me. I think it’s because he doesn’t look like he’s crawled out of a dumpster very often anymore.

I have been on vacation for the last week and haven’t been up on my gossip blog readings so I am not really sure how old this photo is but I don’t care because this Colin Farrell scruffy sexiness is killing me.

I know most of you will disagree with me but I also don’t care about that either.  Because the white shirt, the toque, the beard.  Its all too much for me.  I love it.

Tanya: While this is a better one of Colin’s looks, it’s still a half asleep Colin pumping gas.

Here is Colin Farrell at a photo call in Dubai, driving me crazy with his sexiness and making it pretty much impossible to concentrate because all I can think of his him and that accent.

Tanya: Even I’ll admit that Colin has been looking good lately. Not “driving me crazy with his sexiness” good, but not “making me throw up in my mouth with his skeeviness” anymore which is nice. Colin Farrell minus the skeevie isn’t that bad. Stacey, I’ll no longer question your sanity for drooling over Colin Farrell.

Apparently, Colin Farrell is promoting a movie right now called The Way Back.  I have no idea who else is in it or what it is about and I don’t particularly care.  What I do care about is that this means more pictures of Colin.  Hooray!

Which is great for me because it is someone that Tanya and I don’t have to fight over.  She is not a fan of his skeeve.   Plus, we don’t get to see him out very often; he has been pretty reclusive lately.  So I want to take him in while I can because who knows when we will see him next.

Tanya: Well, he does look better here than in the last pic. I haven’t heard anything about The Way Back either. Wonder why they’re not pushing it more?

The other day when I was at work this guy called to discuss group benefits with me.  His name was Colin.  And he had the most delicious Irish accent.  Like Colin Farrell.  And the whole time I was talking to him, I was picturing Colin Farrell.  I don’t even really know what exactly these group benefits were but I must have talked to him for like 15 minutes.  And just imagined that it was Colin Farrell on the other line.  Because how could you not want to talk to this?  It literally made my day.

Does anyone watch Scrubs?  Colin did a guest spot and the running joke was that all the woman that worked in the hospital were in love with him.  Because he was is hot.  And the accent.

I would like to note that the accent is made hot because of Colin and not the other way around.

Tanya: Nope. Still not seeing it. It’s a good thing we’ll never have to fight over Colin Farrell.

Stacey: It sure is a good thing because I would fight you to the death over him.  Well, maybe not to the death but there would be some serious hair pull, scratching, and possibly biting.  Ya, I’m feisty like that.

Seeing Colin Ferrell like this makes me want to have a really great stretch. Like the kind you have after you sleep in on a Saturday and wake up perfectly rested with nowhere to go.

Stacey: I love stretching.  Its one of my favorite things to do.

Tanya, I know we fight over Colin Farrell.  I get that he just isn’t your type.  And while I love it, I understand that the fact that he can look like he hasn’t slept in a week and has been partying for the last three days totally gives you the willies.  But don’t let those things totally cloud your judgement of him because he does a lot of other things that are totally swoon worthy.

For example, Colin recently wrote this letter in support of BeLonG To, an organization that supports Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgendered (LGBT) youth.  Colin’s brother is gay and he recalls the bullying that he faced because of this.  It is a wonderful letter and a great organization to support.

After you read it, you can’t possibly tell me you don’t love him just a little bit.  And this plus this? Doesn’t that make up for the occasional greasy look a little bit?

Tanya: Colin Farrell has definitely pulled up his socks and done some really great things over the last few years to make up for being such a douche in the previous decade. I respect him more as a person, but I don’t have the slightest urge to make out with him.

What better way to celebrate than with some Irish celebs?

Stacey: St. Patty’s Day!  Woot!  Did I ever tell you about the time that for about a year I thought my birthday was St. Patrick’s Day?  Not sure how I got that in my head, but I did, and my mom had to correct me.  Weird right? 

Anyways, since I am part Irish, I will be celebrating by wearing green and getting drunk.  In fact, I am drunk right now.  Actually, that’s not true, but wouldn’t it be better if I were?  And if I could celebrate with Colin Farrell?
