This post is for my wonderful, amazing, spectacular co-blogger.  Today is her last day at work before moving on to her next gig and it has been a slow week.  So here is some Derek Jeter love for her to get her through the last day.

Good news, Her Yankees won last night, still in the hunt for the World Series Championship.  While I can’t share her enthusiasm for baseball (I’d rather watch paint dry) I can share her enthusiasm for Derek.  He is ever so dreamy.

Tanya: Awwww! Thanks Stacey!! Last days are always bittersweet – happy to move on but sad to leave all the awesome people you’ve made friends with, and I am leaving behind some really awesome people. The new gig is with an online pharmacy so I guess you could say I’m “into drugs” now. Posts will probably be light from me the next few weeks as I get settled.

Today is Derek Jeter’s 35th birthday. Happy Birthday!

I’d have to say Derek Jeter is my #2 All-American Hero. You know the type: the good looking caption of the team that would stop to get a kitten out of a tree. Tom Brady is my #1. Tom Brady probably wouldn’t get a kitten out of a tree, but his good looks would convince the ladies that kittens aren’t worth saving anyway.

Stacey: I am gonna be honest here…I don’t get the Derek Jeter attraction.  I never have.  Talented, yes?  Quiveration worthy?  Not for me.  Tom Brady, on the other hand….
