I think I have a fashion crush on Eva Longoria. She has the best dresses and she can totally pull them off.

Eva, can I come live in your guest house and play dress-up in your closet? Maybe we’ll even sip some champagne and call them “Fancy Nights“.

Stacey: Lately her style has been a lot better.  She took a turn for the worse for a while there but has really picked it back up again.

PS.  This idea reminds me of that Friends episode where the Monica and Pheobe are wearing other people’s wedding dreses and throwing the bouquet to one another.  You and Eva could practice your Oscar acceptance speeches

Eva Longoria looked absolutely stunning at the premiere of Robin Hood at Cannes and it’s nice to see that all the photogs are dressed up for the event as well. How weird would you feel dressed to the nines to go watch a movie while everyone around you is wearing sweats?

Do you think Eva Longoria has a fluffer? Like a dress fluffer who just follows her around and makes sure the train of her dress looks pretty?

Stacey: Awesome for her humanitarian work.  However, is it a fashion faux pas to wear a red dress on a red carpet?

I don’t think I’ve ever seen Eva act so the only impression I have of her is as a celebrity. And I like her style. She’s pale, puffy, and average without her makeup. But she doesn’t hide it. And instead of starving herself, she’ll pull out the Spanx to look good in her dress. And then, when she’s dolled up, she is breath-taking.

It gives us hope that we just need a straightener, some Spanx and a little bronzer to be one of the 50 most beautiful people too.

Stacey: Eva is one of those Desperate House Wives.  I am like you Tanya and have never watched anything that she has done.  I do remember her being on Maxim’s hot 100 when that show originally came out because she kept herself in pretty mint condition then.  I am happy to see that she has become more realistic with the level at which she can maintain.  She is still tiny enough that she can fit in those designer dresses, but happy enough that she has probably had a cookie recently.  Ah, true happiness; cookies and designer clothing.
