Gwen Stefani has donated $1 million Save the Children’s Japan Earthquake-Tsunami Children in Emergency Fund. In a statement she said:

I’ve been inspired by Japan for many years and have a true love, appreciation and respect for the Japanese people and their culture. The disaster in Japan is beyond heartbreaking, and I want to do anything I can to help. I would never be able to make a gesture like this without the love and support of all the fans over all these years.

Gwen Stefani isn’t the only celeb that has been generous – Sandra Bullock also donated $1 million to the Red Cross to help their efforts in Japan.

You know who didn’t donate a million dollars? Demi Lovato. There was a rumour that she had but it turned out to be false.

Stacey: Just another reason as to why Gwen is so awesome.

I like pantsuits. Done correctly they can look pretty hot (so can overalls) but that doesn’t mean that I wear them. Not many people do. This is probably because it doesn’t take much to look like total crap in a pantsuit, like Katie Holmes is showing us above. Katie Holmes has a pretty tight body and theoretically should be able to rock the pantsuit, but she is failing. Partly it has to do with the fabric. This is the same fabric that Brooklyn Decker’s unfortunate pantsuit was also made out of. This fabric tends to cling to the boobs and crotch, get unflattering wrinkles, makes your crotch-to-waist area look way longer than it should and generally just draws attention to areas that you probably don’t want attention drawn to.

Padma Lakshmi wore a similar pantsuit awhile back and it wasn’t so bad. What the difference? Clinging fabric and accessories. Padma brought the attention back up to her long slim neck, instead of the bunching around the crotch and hips and it worked well for her.

Alicia Keys in a pantsuit? It’s totally 70s and it rocks.

Gwen Stefani in a pantsuit? She totally owns it, makes it her own style and rocks it.

Katie Holmes in a pantsuit? Fail.

Stacey: It is hard to make a pant suit look good.  It has to be the right everything in order to work.  I could never wear one.  But why do these stars insist on wearing bad ones?  They have the access to good ones…why wear something that makes you look like you are wearing a sack tied around your body in awkward places?

Gwen Stefani debuted her new line of LAMB clothing at Fashion Week and at the end of the show she brought out Kingston to walk the stage with her. So cute. Kingston’s got wicked style. So does Gwen, but today I like Kingston’s outfit better.

Stacey: They both look amazing.  I <3 these two.

Ok.  You all know how much I love kids…and by love, I really mean loath and want nothing to do with…but how freaking cute is this picture of Gwen Stefani and her son Zuma?  So cute. 

It warms my heart a little.  But does nothing for my cold, frozen womb.

If Gavin Rossdale took part in the family bleaching, the Rossdales could almost pass as the Malfoys. Gwen and Narcissa always have that ‘put together’ look, and here Gavin looks like he has the same air of arrogance that Lucius has. The only difference is the kids. Kingston & Zuma both have the bleached blonde hair, but I don’t think either of them are as meticulously spiteful as Draco Malfoy. They’re a little more fiery.

Now, you know that I normally love love love Gwen Stefani and everything she wears because, well, she is cooler than pretty much anyone ever and has the best style.  But this outfit isn’t really doing it for me.  In fact, its kind of giving me the Michael Jackson vibe.  I mean, obviously just the clothes and not in any other way (you know which ways I mean, don’t make me type it).  Or is it just me?

Tanya: I guess maybe the loafers could give you that vibe, but I’m not feeling it.

Stacey: Definitely the loafers.  And the too short pants.

No Doubt was at the Kennedy Center last night to play a medley of Beatles songs for Bill Clinton (or something like that).

Only reason I’m posting this is because I LOVE this dress. L.O.V.E.

I guess the Yo Gabba Gabba! show was a star studded event because Gwen Stefani was also there with her kids Kingston & Zuma. Zuma looks like he’s so over Yo Gabba Gabba. “Mom, I liked that show when I was like, 1.”

Stacey: I love Zuma’s little jacket.  This kid is so cool.
