Sorry posting has been slow peeps. Not much is happening in celeb gossip lately and is giving me a case of the yawns. Plus life has been pretty crazy lately and with Tanya caring for her new born baby, it hasn’t left a lot of time for us to blog. I apologize, we still love you, and I promise that things will pick up soon.
To tide you over, though, her is a picture of my boyfriend, Kellan Lutz, looking especially fine…somewhere….doing something. To be honest, I don’t really care what he is every doing or saying. He is just so yummy.
I was asked by Cory this week how many boyfriends I actually have because in the last few weeks I have referred to at least 3 different people as my boyfriends. For the record, as it stands, I have 3, in no particular order:
Hawksley Workman is my forever boyfriend. I want to have long, meaningful conversations with him and hold hands while walking down the beach, maybe catch a movie, play some board games. He is the love of my life…aside from my husband of course
Kellan Lutz is like my “for now” boyfriend. I don’t really want anything to do with him aside from making out. Because he seems dumb as a door nail; I can’t imagine talking to him about anything of real substance. But he is insanely hot.
Robyn Regehr is my hockey boyfriend. Obviously I love him because he is an amazing defenceman and has been on the Flames for the last 11 seasons (but he just got traded…sad). But mostly I just want him to buy me things.
Tanya: Sorry guys, every time I think I might get a minute to spend gossiping something else comes up. I’ve been able to get a few posts in recently and I think I’ll be able to get in more and more as the days go on so please don’t give up on us <3

August 20th, 2010MusicAnd to follow that rant of a post up with something that probably only I care about (see, hypocritical), I wanted to share with everyone that my forever boyfriend, Hawksley Workman, has a song in the new Virgin Mobile commercial. Awesome! I was reading yesterday while the TV was on and all of a sudden I hear this song on a commercial. I hadn’t heard the song before, but I would know his voice anywhere. So excited for him! The song “Not Your Parents Music” is off his 2nd album out this year, Milk. Check it out the song here. Pick it up here.

March 14th, 2010Birthday Bumps
This is an extra special post for Stacey as today is her birthday!Stacey, I am truly thankful to have you as a friend. Your passion, conviction and ability to emotionally relate with everything never ceases to amaze me. You’re the sensitive, introspective balance to my cold hard logic and conversations I have with you never cease to make me think about things in a different way and ultimately help me to become a better, more well-rounded person. You are also one of the best gym buddies I’ve ever had and help motivate me to work on my fitness too.
You are a beautiful young woman (inside & outside), a wonderful friend and my favourite co-blogger. Please keep up the awesome
HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
Love Tanya
Stacey: Awwww, shucks *blushing* Your kind words totally made my day. I am equally blessed to have such an awesome friend and co-blogger. You are one of my oldest and dearest friends and I am so grateful for the evolution of our friendship over the years.
And you knew the perfect gift for me. Some hot man meat. A special thanks for the Hawksley picture. *swoon*

July 11th, 2009Music, Random ScentIf you have ever spoken to me for even 5 minutes, you probably know that I adore Hawksley Workman. He was long ago removed from my Freebie Five list and put at the top of my life time list.
He is brilliant, talented, quirky, and witty. Every record he puts out is completely different but equally experimental and wonderful. He is playing at Flames Central tonight. If you are up for experiencing something new and fun, you should see him tonight. This will be my fifth time seeing him and each time I have seen him has been one of the best concerts I have been to. I always take someone new with me and they end up loving him as much as I do. He is amazing on record but there is something about his voice live that is so crisp and fresh. And his fans hang on his every word.
Above are two of my favorite songs by him. Live. They are both long but I promise you ever note and every key is worth the watch.

Nothing spectacular about these pictures except that Johnny Depp is them. And it reminds me of one of my favorite Hawksley Workman songs:
“Rain, rain
Falling is the only thing you ever do
You’re getting pretty good
You’re getting pretty good at it now
Down, down
Down to where the trouble and hurt does live
Where so many fall
Where so many take and not giveYou make it seem so graceful
You make is seem so proud
You’re just falling from the sky onto the ground”I think Johnny would like Hawksley’s music…
Anyways, moving along. I have decided that we have simply not had enough Johnny Depp on our site. I will make a concerted effort for there to be more. Starting with random pictures of him in the rain.
I watched Ed Wood the other day. A Time Burton movie with Johnny Depp in it. Loved it. Love them together. Johnny could make any movie good. Like Secret Window for example.
