Angelina Jolie & Jack Black are promoting Kung-Fu Panda 2 in Cannes (again, another kids movie?) and I gotta say she’s looking awesome. So is Jack Black. And they actually look like they get along pretty well.

I also have to say that I love her attitude. Remember how she got a new tattoo a while back and everyone got all in a tizzy that it meant she was adopting a new kid? Well some reporter asked her about it and this was her response:

“Well, if they know that it’s latitude and longitude they would have figured out quickly that it was Brad’s birthplace,” she snapped. “It doesn’t take much investigation to figure that one out. [The coordinates are] Shawnee, Oklahoma.”

I like the she “snapped” at the reporter. It’s like “you bitches stalked me for a week to get good photos, analysed them to death and now you’re asking me like you have no idea what it is? F-U”.

Ummm ya.  In case there was any ever doubt on how AWESOME the Beastie Boys are…here is some more of their awesomeness.

Beasties + Will Ferrell + Danny Mcbride + Seth Rogen + Jack Black = epic awesomeness.

Can’t wait for their new album, Hottsauce Committee Part Two.  What happened to Hotsauce Committee Part One?  Who knows.  But that is just part of the Beastie Boys awesomeness.

PS.  Elijah Wood is a pretty kick ass Ad-rock.  Who would have thunk it.

Tanya: This totally made my day. I love it. I’d love to be part of a free-style rapping, break-dancing, hoodlum gang, but I always got in trouble when I tried to be a hoodlum. Apparently walking around being as cool as the Beasties is so awesome they made it illegal. 

Jack Black’s mom is a huge supporter of local music & arts and was pissed when a local band made up of high school and middle school kids won a content to perform in a parade at Disneyland – except they’d have to cover all their own travel expenses. Turns out not all of the kids have a bankroll of Disneyland money so they did a little fundraising but still came up short.

Like any mom who has a cause and a kid with money, Mrs Black asked Jack to step in and do the right thing and Jack Black gave the band $10,000 so they could go on their trip. Jack will also be headed down to take in the performance and take the kids out for dinner.

Best Movie Poster Ever.

So who really was the worst  of the worst last year? Here’s the list of the movies, actresses and actors who are nominated for sucking BIG TIME last year. Mostly it’s The Last Airbender, Twilight Eclipse and Sex & the City 2, but you can check out the full list and our opinions after the jump. But first I’d like to defend Twilight Eclipse: sure the acting was full fontrum, and the directing was pretty bad but it is EXACTLY the same as the book and you know the author was on hand to make sure it stayed that way so I’m putting most of the blame for that movie on her, not on the people trying to make it less lame.
