Jane Fonda is busting out the spandex and creating “World Fitness Day” on May 1 to promote the “fun and value” of exercise. There will be online tae-bo classes from Billy Blanks, some aerobics with Richard Simmons and more events streaming on ustream.tv.

I think this is something we should take part in. An ISS fitness day. Maybe we can all dress matchy-matchy like this:

Or we could make some I Smell Smut (I Sweat Smut?) t-shirts or something. We could do a bike ride, maybe some frisbee, or a game of Red Rover or TV tag or something. Let me know in the comments if you’re in and if you have any fitness suggestions.
