Lindsay Lohan was on Jay Leno and proved that she’s still delusional:On where she sees herself in 6 years at 30
Hopefully sitting here after I’ve won an OscarThat’s like me saying I hope to have won a Nobel Peace Prize in physics by the time I’m 35. If people aren’t giving you movie roles you’re never going to win an Oscar. And frankly, no one with the good Oscar roles is looking to Lindsay Lohan now, or in the next five years.
Stacey: The issue here is that Lindsay assumes that once she proves she is “better” people will give her roles because she is a “good actress”. I have news for you, Lindsay Lohan…you aren’t that great of an actress, sober or not.

May 4th, 2010Random Scent, TelevisionOh Jessica. She really doesn’t do herself any favors, does she?
Apparently she was on Jay Leno last week to discuss things such as her boobs and her addiction to Nicorette Gum. Even though she has never smoked a day in her life.
Is that even possible?
A special thanks to Cory for sending this our way!
Tanya: That’s not even endearing. That’s just dumb.

January 29th, 2010TelevisionWe didn’t cover much about the late night debacle that happened over the last few weeks because really, everyone else had it covered from every possible angle. Long story short: Jay Leno’s prime time show was sucking so they wanted to move the whole late night line-up back to accommodate him and Conan O’Brien said “no way!”. So NBC kicked Conan to the curb and gave Leno his show back. Which sucks the big one for the rest of us.
The tension did make for some comedic moments, my favourite of which was Jimmy Kimmel on Leno’s 10 at 10 when he called him out for being a douche (check it out here). So Leno went on Oprah yesterday to try and save some face, but it didn’t work. Most people who watched it said that Leno didn’t come across very well and that he didn’t take any blame at all for the situation and said that Kimmel “sucker punched” him on his own show.
Well Jimmy had a few things to say about it last night and they’re pretty good. And as much as I love Conan, if I can’t be on Team Coco I’m going to be on Team Kimmel. Go Jimmy!

Jennifer Garner is making the rounds promoting her new flick “The Invention of Lying” and last night she stopped in at the Jay Leno show. BUT, before Jay would let her plug her movie she had to wear a Yankee’s cap, hold a photo of Derek Jeter and recite the Red Sox starting lineup. And she pulled it off.
I’m impressed.
Stacey: A Yankee’s cap? On a Sox fan? That’s pretty much blasphemy. If I ever caught Nate in Vancouver Canucks paraphernalia that would be grounds for divorce. Although naming the starting line up is pretty impressive.

September 15th, 2009Random Scent, TelevisionHere is Kanye on Jay Leno last night. Jay sat down and had a talk with Kanye about the now infamous incident from the VMAs. The best part of the 4 minute clip is when Jay asks Kanye what his mom would have thought about what happened. Kanye pauses for a long moment and tears up. As much as Kanye acted like a douche, it was a heart felt, genuine moment.
I admire Jay for how he handled the situation. He didn’t ridicule him or make light of the situation. He sat down and talked to him man to man, and I think said what really needed to be said to Kanye. Not in a million words, but in one question, that clearly got to Kanye.
As for Kanye…he does appear truly remorseful. Will he change his ways? I think the world is tired of his antics and if he wants to stay relevent, he will need to. If he truly wants to be a better person, he will need to.
Me? Have I forgiven him? Undecided. I will save my judgement for how he handles this situation moving forward. A tiger says he wants to change his stripes…but is it that easy? What he did was mean spirited and self indulgent and not the first time he had done something like this. But I do believe everyone deserves a second chance.
Tanya: Personally I’d stop inviting him to award shows. Remember when he stormed out of the American Music Awards in 2004 because HE was the best new artist and it was a conspiracy that he didn’t win? Or at the 2006 MTV Europe Awards when Justice won for best video and he ran on stage and said that he should have won because it “cost a million dollars and Pamela Anderson was in it.” “I paid a million. It took a month to film. I stood on a mountain. I flew in a helicopter over Vegas . . . . I did it all to be the king of all videos.”
It’s fun to watch him have hissy fit, but the problem with his outbursts is that he’s discrediting and belittling the work that other people have put into their music and videos. As an artist he should have a little more respect.
