All the celebs were out to promote Valentine’s Daylast night and most of them are looking super hot. Most of them except Bradley Cooper who must have thought his stubble was thick enough that no one would notice if he stopped the bronzer just into his facial hair line. The only other explanation I have for this is that maybe it’s a tan line from a bandanna he was wearing over his mouth while he was out robbing trains old school style. Also on the topic of Bradley Cooper, he totally reminds me of Robin Williams in the photo below.

Stacey: What is UP with Jessica Biel’s dress?  Is she aware it is a movie premier and not a casting call for The Little Mermaid?  Or some weird bird enthusiast party.  Its just too much.  Ick.  I love Jennifer Garner’s dress though. Looks great on her!  Not so hot on Anne Hathaway’s though.  It’s the color.  Just for the record, peeps, my love affair with Taylor Lautner is officially.  No thanks to Lainey.  She ruined him forever for me.  Really.

I’m going to come out and say it: Julia Roberts is a bit of a bitch. Don’t hate me for hating on America’s Sweetheart!

Julia Roberts & Jennifer Garner are both in that movie Valentine’s Day (which stars pretty much everyone) and at a recent press junket during interviews Julia said this:

“You are quite slim.”

Jen: “I just finished nursing. I’ll soon plump up again.”

Julia: “We’ll stay tuned for that.”

Is it just me or was that incredibly rude? They started filming this movie shortly after Jen had Seraphina so she was still carrying her baby weight. Now it’s been over a year and she’s lost it (the pic above was taken yesterday, February 4th). Calling her out on it in front of the media? Low.

I don’t think I’d want to be friends with Julia

The irony of all this is that Julia Roberts isn’t carrying much extra weight around either. Sure she dresses frumpy which tends to make her look a little heavier, but she’s a lean woman herself.

Stacey: America’s sweetheart my ass!  This woman seems like she is a giant bitch.  While I think Jennifer Garner is boring, at least she is nice.  As Julia gets older, she seems to get meaner.  Maybe stealing husbands and birthing babies isn’t agreeing with her.  Hey lady! Just because you have an Oscar doesn’t make you better than everyone else! When was the last time you did anything relevant?  Keep in mind, you are in this crappy movie too!  Don’t take your self hate out on Jen just because she is younger and thinner than you.

Jennifer Garner & Violet Affleck are in Disneyland and took a spin on the Teacup Ride.

So. Much. Fun.

The teacup ride used to be my fave. I’d go so fast I wouldn’t be able to walk straight after. Now I get incredibly sick. Not quite “throw-up sick” but “lay on the bed in a half coma with the worst hangover ever” kinda sick.

Enjoy it while you can Violet, enjoy it while you can.

Stacey: I LOVE rides!  Everything except the Ferris Wheel.  The ferris wheel really antagonizes my fear of plummeting to my death.  But the tea cups are the shizznit.  Unlike Tanya, I don’t get sick.  The faster, the dizzier, the better.  Weeeee! 

This makes me want to go to Disney World too!  I am heading to Florida in March.  We may have to hit up the Magic Kingdom

Look at Violet Affleck’s rainbow pants! Love them. This is what I wore as a kid. This is what I’d wear now if it wouldn’t impact my clients taking me seriously.

Stacey: OMG Violet is the cutest!  And her little velcro shoes *heart*  I would wear those if I wouldn’t be judged.  And look at little Seraphina smile.  Is it just me or do Ben and Jen’s kids seem to be the hapies celeb babies?

Maybe you don’t recognize this person, maybe you do.  But he is someone that I always have held near and dear to my heart.  Scott Foley and his wife Marika Dominczyk are expecting their first baby.

Scott used to play Noel on my one of my favorite old shows, Felicity.  I loved this show.  I remember when it first came out I was dating the first boy I ever fell in love with.  We used to talk on the phone while we watched the show.  Felicity dated Noel but she actually wanted Ben.  Eventually, Felicity dumped Noel, breaking his heart, to be with Ben.  I was always rooting for Noel, he was my favorite character on the show, and I always identified myself with him; the boy I loved was actually into one of my friends.  I always loved Scott Foley after that.

 On the show, a new actress named Jennifer Garner (then an virtual unknown) played one of Noel’s girlfriends.  This is where they met and feel in love and they were eventually married.

If you recall, Jen then went on to be a huge hit on star on the show Alias, where she then met Michael Vartan.  At the time, rumors flew that these two were having an affair, which both Jen and Scott denied.  But shortly after Jen and Scott divorced, she went public with her relationship with Michael.  Scott was reportedly devastated after their break up.

Then, Jen went onto to star with Ben Affleck in Daredevil.  At the time Ben was still linked with the other famous Jen, J-Lo, who was reportedly jealous of the sparks that flew between Jen and Ben.  Eventually after the whole Bennifer debacle, Jen split with Michael after her rumored reconnection with Ben.  Hmmm, interesting that Jen seems to have such a sordid past with men.

But I digress…

As for Scott, he went on to star in Scream 3 (heart) and another of my favorite shows, Scrubs.  Oddly, on this show he also plaid a jilted lover, dumped by the character Elliot who is still in love with J.D.   Anyways, my heart was smiling when I read the news of the impending stork arrival.  I always hoped he would find happiness

Jennifer Garner is making the rounds promoting her new flick “The Invention of Lying” and last night she stopped in at the Jay Leno show. BUT, before Jay would let her plug her movie she had to wear a Yankee’s cap, hold a photo of Derek Jeter and recite the Red Sox starting lineup.

And she pulled it off.

I’m impressed.

Stacey: A Yankee’s cap?  On a Sox fan?  That’s pretty much blasphemy.  If I ever caught Nate in Vancouver Canucks paraphernalia that would be grounds for divorce.  Although naming the starting line up is pretty impressive.

Stacey: I will admit that she looks great.  This is a little more sassy than classy, which I like.  I still think she is blah.  But I accept her because I love Ben.

I’m going to take a cue from Violet and kick up my feet and take it easy this weekend

Stacey: Agreed. I think I will go outside and enjoy the sun this weekend while its still here.  We live in Alberta after all; we could have snow next week.

Here is a little Friday Morning Violet who visited  a Build-A-Bear and made a rockin’ bear with roller skates.  I love her little pink outfit.  In fact, I need to get one exactly like that.  With the Big Sister shirt and Velcro shoes and all.

Violet is so cute.  Do you think her and Kingston Rossdale will ever date?

Tanya: Stacey, if you do wear that outfit you have to have the velcro shoes with it. There’s something about velcro shoes that implies your, uh, mental state that I think would be important with this outfit.

And only time will tell if Kingston & Violet hook up. Who knows what these kids will be like when they’re grown.
