Did you know that Meryl Streep was homecoming queen in high school? I’m not surprised.

Here’s Lady Gaga attending her sister’s graduation today and I really, really hope that something crazy like this happens at my graduation ceremony. On that note I’d like to apologize for the light/ maybe non-existent posting today. Instead of sitting at my computer catching up on gossip I’ll be sitting through a crazy long ceremony to receive my degree. Yay! (<— that’s me tooting my own horn)

In other graduation news, this year Meryl Streep got an honorary Doctor of Arts degree from Harvard. She pretty much did nothing (with the exception of being an award winning actress) to get a Doctorate. Meanwhile, I worked my ass of (OK, I picked a lot of really easy courses) for 8 years to get my degree.

Maybe next year I’ll finally get the Honorary Doctorate of Awesomeness.

And Gaga is such a hot mess.

Sandra Bullock & Meryl Streep have been going head-to-head all awards season in the “Best Actress” category. They even tied for the award at the Critic’s Choice Award. Well the ladies have found some good spirited competition in this:

“With Meryl, when this whole thing started, I left her a voice mail going, ‘You’ve got to watch your back. I’m gonna cut you. I’m gonna take you down,’” Bullock tells the Associated Press. “And then she sent me dead orchids and told me to die, so I sent her a case of liquor and told her to toast to white trash.”

LOL! Being sent dead orchids from Meryl Streep is pretty awesome. I think the only thing that could beat that would be receiving dead orchids from Betty White.

There was another awards last night called the SAGs (not an attractive name) and from what I’ve been reading all the same people that won Golden Globes last weekend won the same awards this weekend. Thrilling.

Since I don’t really care about the awards (could ya tell?) here’s a gallery with some of my fave outfits of the night. Enjoy! (Oh yeah, I added Justin Timberlake in there as a “WTF?” outfit. Seriously, wft?)

Stacey: Yawn.  The only awards show i really care about is the Oscars.  And even then I only watch to see what people are wearing.
