It’s Fashion Week AND the TIFF right now but still, gossip has been super lame this week. Unless you care about LeAnn Rimes’ skinny bones, the Breaking Dawn Trailer or Trace Cyrus’s baby-mama possibly faking her pregnancy, the gossip really sucks. And if you do care about those things, I’m sorry. Even briefly mentioning them here is more than I want to talk about them.

So instead, here’s a little Ryan Reynolds on the set of some zombie-police movie that will probably flop just like his last few movies.

Stacey: Oh RyRy.  You had such a promising future.  And then you did Green Lantern.  Whatever happened to Buried Alive or whatever the hell that movie was called?

But even a failing divorcee actor is better than all of those things you mention.  So yay.

TMZ has some pics of Ryan Reynolds & Sandra Bullock going for a hike together with Louis and some other friends. Since we can never let two people just be friends we need to start speculating… are they totally doing it?

See.  This is why I can’t really think Ryan Phillippe is fully hot and not mostly douche. Because he cheated on his ex wife like a million times, he gets his ex girlfriend pregnant, and he dates 18 year olds when he is actually 36.

According to Us Weekly, Ryan was doing the no pants dance with youngster, Demi Lovito.  You know.  The girl who just got out of rehab for an eating disorder and cutting.  But it was nothing serious.  They were just fooling around.  Oh.  Ok.  That makes it better.

Ugh.

There is something about this that is so….predatory.  Sure she is legal.  Barely.  And clearly a little unstable.  Gross.  Just gross.

On a side note, 54 is on TV right now.  And this was back when Ryan was super young.  And super hot.  Too bad he is such a skeevy pig.  It takes away from his hotness, IMO.  This is the one time when skeevy pigginess does not make me want a guy more.  That must mean he is extra skeevy right?  And sure.  It may not be true.  But just the fact that I think it might be true says something, right?

Olivia Wilde is crazy hot and it makes me totally jealous to see that she’s still hot even without makeup. I prefer to see my celebs looking like total crap without makeup (see: Eva Longoria) as it makes me feel a little better about myself. Shallow? Yes. But that’s what happens here.

In other gossip-ier news Olivia Wilde & Ryan Reynolds have been seen hanging out on a few different occasions recently. Olivia Wilde is also going through a divorce and has been “enjoying” her new found freedom (<-see what I did there? I implied she’s sleeping around) so we’ll have to wait and see if this is just them being chummy, if it’s a fling or if maybe they’re a new item. I like the idea of an Olivia Wilde/Ryan Reynolds hook up much more than an Olivia Wilde/Ryan Gosling hook up which is what was happening a few months ago.

Stacey: Olivia has been rumored to have hooked up with pretty much every available guy recently.  I think she was also linked to Bradley Cooper and Justin Timberlake.  I guess being married since you were 18 will cause you to want to play the feild a bit.

Ever since Ryan Reynolds and Scarlett Johansson broke up I am finding him much more appearling.

Maybe it was Scar-Jo that I didn’t like.  Or maybe I like how he has handled the whole divorce thing?

Tanya: I’ve read a few excerpts from the interview and some make me like him more “I didn’t invite the media into my marriage, I’m not going to invite them into my divorce” and others made me like him less “I have a crazy dark side: all I drink is baby panda tears”. I realize that he’s just being tongue-in-cheek with that one but it still made me roll my eyes.

What’s up with Ryan Reynolds? The usually buff RyRey appears to be withering away. Maybe Scarlett got the hotness in the divorce? Or maybe he’s trying to look more “beat” so he can compete with Sean Penn?

Ryan’s IMDB page says that he’s currently filming a flicked called Safe House with Denzel Washington & Brendan Gleeson so I’m going to just assume that the slender look is for the film. He will be filming Deadpool in a year or two so he’ll have to bulk back up for that one.

Stacey: I actually think he looks much more attractive like this…a little less vain, less, I don’t know…douchey?  I like the hair cut too.  Me likey all round.

There’s always an unspoken competition between exes to see who can move on to someone hotter and better. While Scarlett Johansson is taking trips to Mexico with Sean Penn, Ryan Reynolds is getting a piece of this. Meet German model Agnes Fischer.

Needless to say, this round goes to Ryan Reynolds.

In other Scarlett Johansson news, her and Ryan Reynolds were spotted out having dinner together the other night and Scarlett was said to have been fighting back tears at one point but that their overall demeanour was pretty calm. I think I’d probably be a wreck if I was going through a divorce so I’m not going to comment on how they appeared to be doing over dinner. I will say though that it’s nice to see them out talking about things and not just spreading smear campaigns through the media. Or maybe we haven’t gotten to that part yet…

Stacey: I kinf of hope they get back together…and I am not even going to comment on that other business you refer to…that’s just getting nasty.

And while I like this dress, I will not be wearing these patters.  They do not flatter my body type.  This would look great on you though, Tanya.

Selma Blair is the latest celebrity to announce that she is pregnant.  Who cares, right?

Remember when celebs announcing they are expecting used to be exciting?  I do.  Because it was only like a month ago.  But now, after the slew of expectant baby mamas this past week, I am all babied out.

So, for the record, I officially no longer care about celebs announcing they are expecting.

With these exceptions:

• Angie and Brad announce they are having triplets and/or are adopting again
• Jennifer Aniston announces she is pregnant.  With any one’s baby (which, it seems, may be the next best thing to do for her career)
• Scarlett Johansson announces she is pregnant with Ryan Reynolds baby (I realize they are broken up…that’s why it would be awesome!)
• Sandra Bullock announces the is pregnant with Ryan Reynolds baby
• Selena Gomez announces she is preggo with Justin Bieber’s man child baby

So unless any of these senarios comes up, please don’t bother me with any more announcements, for I no longer care.

Before this gets too out of control, can we just stop this please?  Ever since Ryan Reynolds and Sandra Bullock were spotted together on New Years Eve, tabloids have been going crazy trying to tie these two together.  Especially Us Weekly.

Ok, I will be the first to admit that it would be, like, totally awesome if they were hooking up because they go so well together.  And, of course, Ryan would be the luckiest man on earth to get Sandy, but can we please not forget the most important factor here?  The reason all girls love Sandy?  Its because she is a girl’s girl and she knows the code.  What code?  The code that you don’t hook up with your friends ex’s.  Ever.

Look.  Sandy is friends with Ryan Reynolds…they starred in The Proposal together…but they have been friends long before that andshe has long been chummy with Ryan’s ex, Scarlett Johansson.  So much so that on December 28th, as reported here by Lainey, Scarlett, Sandy, and Drew Berrymore were spotted lunching together at Sandy’s restaurant.

Please. Sandy is not that bitch.  You know.  The one that tells you she loves you but is actually trying to date your man.  No.  She is not that friend.  The type of friend that Sandy is is the one who stays close with both people after a break up and hears both concerns and supports both people through the tough times and, if it’s right, even encourages a reconciliation.

So, as awesome as Sandy and Ryan would be together, can we just stop pretending?  Our Sandy isn’t like that.

PS.  Men and women can be friends without wanting to have sex with one another.

Tanya: Everything you say here might be true. But do we really know that Sandy isn’t that type of girl? I love the smut level of this story if it were true. I’m secretly hoping that it is.
