Its been awhile since we have posted about Sam Worthington.  Mostly because we don’t see him as much as we see some other celebs, but its nice to see him again.  With out his girlfriend.   Oh, shut up.  I know its mean to think that but when he looks all sexy and dishevelled like this it makes me think naughty things about him.  And look at him posing for a picture with that little girl.  So cute!  So sweet!  So hot.  More naughty thoughts.  Enjoy these pictures while you can because I am sure it will be a while before we see him again.  Without his girlfriend anyways.

Speaking of look-a-likes…

I like Sam Worthington.  And I find him super attractive.  While he is a little on the small side, I think he is super rugged, gruff…you know, manly.

But lately I have been getting this feeling like I have seen his face before and haven’t quite been able to place it.  Until the other day when I was watching TSN and a hockey player, one that we know and love to hate…Sean Avery.  And I thought, holy crap, he totally looks like someone I know…but who.  Then it came to me.  I had a dream about one of them, I am not sure which one, and when I woke up I made the connection.  They totally look a like.

And while some women will feel repulsed by the comparison because, well, Sean Avery is a documented douche, I am not totally turned off by it.  Its kind of like the John Mayer effect; it makes me want him. And while I would totally punch Sean in the face given the opportunity, I would also totally make out with him, given the opportunity. However, I am not at a point where I wish bodily harm on Sam, thank goodness, but I would totally make out with him.  I am not certain who I would choose to make out with first though.  Maybe Sean….maybe Sam…or are they the same person?

Is it just me or does anyone else see the likeness?

Tanya: Totally see the similarities. Doesn’t it seem like Sean Avery just emits ‘douche’ right from his eyeballs? It’s like I can smell beer and cologne just looking at him (or is that me?). I like them both but not in that kinda way.

Avatar is now the highest grossing movie of all time surpassing Titanic. If you account for inflation though it’s only #2, still behind 1939′s Gone With the Wind.

Stacey, I remember you going to see Titanic about a million. Times how many times have you gone to see Avatar?

Stacey: Whoa whoa whoa.  For the record, I only saw Titanic twice in the theatres.  And I have only watched it a hand full of times since then so stop making me sound like one of those crazy loons that goes to see movies a million times.  Well, at least not this one.  In the theatres, I saw the first Lord of the Rings 5 times, Moulin Rouge 5 times, and, to date, I have only seen Avatar 2 times.  But I plan on seeing it maybe one or two more times.  This movie is a must see on the big screen.  If you haven’t seen it, go!  You will regret it if you don’t.  I just can’t imagine a TV, even a flat screen HD, could do this any justice!

PS For the ladies, Sam Worthingson is so sexy, even as a tall blue Avatar.

Went on a double date with Stacey & her husband to go see Terminator Salvation. It was great (the movie and the company)

Sam Worthington stole the show. I love me some Bale, but I would have liked to see more Worthington and less Bale in this movie. Bale is a great actor, but he did his Batman voice a lot and I felt it took away from the movie. I’ve seen Batman Begins & The Dark Night more than a few times so that may just stuck out a little more for me.

I also really liked Anton Yelchin that played Kyle. Awesome job. A quick IMDB search tells me he is also the guy that played Chekov in the new Star Trek. Two big blockbusters in one summer – not too shabby.

And Moon Bloodgood was also fantastic. I really liked her character Blair Williams.
